Rather large slippage when market didn't move
I did a swap with Stealth EX on a floating rate. I fully understand there can be slippage but I always follow the respective pairs on the chart whilst the transaction goes through and the slippage was way more than anything I saw on the chart so very disappointed in this instance

They estimate the exchange rate and, accordingly, how much you should receive. Unfortunately, though, the amount you actually get is always much lower than expected. Even if you check the current exchange rate right away, it seems that the rate they show you is always in your favor, but in the end, you still receive less than you expected.
Received less than what they showed (the exchange rate they displayed was favorable both before and after the transaction, but coincidentally, it was only unfavorable during the period when my transaction was being processed).

I feel like they were coming up with excuses to steal my funds. They kept asking for "proof" as if the transaction itself on swapspace and the block explorer weren't enough to execute the transaction. I even had to send screenshots of my wallet, which is an old one that doesn't have all the features they requested, like transaction history. It took hours for them to finally conclude that they can either refund me or I can send them a very small amount of crypto. I just wanted the refund at that point, because they were not being cooperative. Other than that, the support team on Swapspace was genuinely nice, so I give them credit for trying to keep a customer happy.
