Changelly is an ecosystem of cryptocurrency products: crypto-to-crypto exchanges, decentralized swaps, fiat-to-crypto purchases, crypto sale options, etc. With the team is spread across the world, from Hong Kong to Argentina, Changelly follows the mission to introduce users to the world of digital finance and make them feel comfortable when interacting with cryptocurrencies. Changelly uses transaction risk assessment for the operation performed through the platform. In the case of the system giving an alert, the exchange gets stopped for the time of KYC/AML check performed by third-party services. A high-quality photo of ID (passport or driving license) valid in the country of user’s origin, proof of the origin of funds and other applicable documentation are needed for the procedure. Changelly has the right to share acquired data with the authorities for investigative purposes. If there is any reasonable doubt that the information provided by the user is wrong, untruthful, outdated or incomplete, Changelly has the right to send the user a notice to demand corrections or terminate all of the services to the user.

They scamed they lockedrate .63 for 1 ARRR and after i send them 1000 they just pay me 620 insteadof 630 even rate per coin is now 0.643
