Non-compliance may lead to transaction freezing, fund transfer to a cold storage wallet, or reporting to authorities for investigation. Moreover, users may be held liable for compensatory charges to cover any damages incurred by EasyBit.

I've used a few different partners on SwapSpace, and EasyBit has always been the fastest and most reliable (no canceled / stuck transactions). They usually have the best rate too, but even when they don't, the difference is trivial. I'm not willing to risk any more problems with another partner to save a few pennies.

Got less btc than the amount provided by exchange in the first step. Didn't stick to the offer amount but says I got more btc than expected!!

Was good for a while, then recently started flagging random transactions totalling ~$4k, promising to solve within 24h. It has been full 4 days with no response or update at all, not even a "working on it". Completely ghosted and vanished with the money. Avoid at all costs.

I usually use EasyBit because they generally have the best rate, are super-fast, and because I've never had any problems with them. But yesterday another partner was listed as having a better rate, so I thought I'd give them a try, but I got a generic error when I requested the exchange, something like "Couldn't create swap." I reloaded the page and tried it two more times, same error. I then tried EasyBit, swap created seamlessly and everything worked fine, as usual.

I've done lots of swaps with EasyBit, including one just now, and as I write this, EasyBit has the best rates and the fastest processing times. That might change in the future, but for now, there's no reason to use any other exchange partner.
