was charged about 1.2% more than quoted rate for a 10min swap transaction, pretty shady company
Terrible exchage. 1. Got 9% less than was declared! 9% LESS! 2. Swap took 1 hour 20 min. Declared 15 minutes. Never will back again.

I Do not know why the exchange rate suddenly dropped from the indicated amount, I recieved 4 dollars less and it took 15 minutes longer than advertised. The exchange rate on Coinmarketcap did not drop in the meantime :(
